What inspired us to write this blog?
We recently published a book that we believe will change lives. A Completely Balanced Life is an interactive book designed to help you achieve and maintain balance in many areas of your life. Many years ago, the founder of Remember Your Health and publisher of A Completely Balanced Life, Jim Reinhart, began a journey to start living a life of balance because he knew it was possible. He also knew it would not be easy.
It’s a common story. Many of us have the desire to change: we want to get healthier, feel better about ourselves and have a stable balance within all aspects of our life. We know that it’s just a matter of adopting healthier habits. But, it’s so hard to change.
